The team comes with a plethora of relevant activity spanning valuations, deal sourcing, negotiations and execution. In their previous roles, the team members have been part of various deal teams, executing M&A transactions, fund raising and business restructuring.

The team has a focus on mid size companies who are seeking growth and expansion capital, having executed majority of deals within the investment size.

The founders have access to a vast pool of angel investors, venture capital funds and private equity funds globally, enabling successful execution of deals.
